Every tool we have checked: pricing and agent access on each one

47 tools that make or edit UGC style video ads, each one read off its own public documentation and pricing pages, then written up against the same ten questions.

Facts verified August 2026 No ratings, no scores, no review counts and no paid placements. Vendor domains are named in plain text and never linked.

How to read this index

Two columns do most of the work, and one of them is missing from almost every other list like this.

Entry price is the cheapest paid monthly plan the vendor publishes. Where a vendor does not publish one, the row says so rather than repeating a figure from somewhere else as if it were confirmed.

Agent and MCP access is whether software can call the tool at all: a first-party MCP server, a public API, or neither. It is the row that decides whether a tool can sit inside an automated pipeline, and it is the hardest one to change your mind about later.

Two more indexes sit alongside this one. The head to head comparisons put any two of these tools in the same table, and the alternative shortlists answer the question people actually search for, which is what to use instead.

Avatar UGC tools

What you are buying here is a cast of synthetic presenters you can put on camera from a script, without booking a person. 14 on the list.

API and model platforms

What you are buying here is the model on its own, called from your own code, with no interface wrapped around it. 14 on the list.

Video editing suites

What you are buying here is turning footage and text you already have into cut, captioned social video. 12 on the list.

Agency style ad platforms

What you are buying here is finished ad creative produced for you, rather than a canvas you sit and work in. 7 on the list.

Looking for a replacement rather than a review

Every tool here also has a ranked shortlist of what to use instead.

Start from the row you cannot change later

Output quality moves every few months and most of these tools sit on the same handful of underlying models. What does not move quickly is whether your software can call the thing. Read the agent access column first and the shortlist gets a lot shorter.
